
The 2-1-1 Sacramento staff is a dedicated group
of trained call specialists who provide a
confidential information and referral service
that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. Assistance is available in multiple
languages, and services are accessible to people
with disabilities. Utilizing a
comprehensive computerized database of more than
2,400 nonprofit and public agency programs,
trained information and referral specialists
give personalized attention to each caller.
Specialists can refer callers to a variety of
service that best meet their needs.

Nancy Findeisen,
President/CEO. Ms. Findeisen has
been President/CEO of
Community Services
Planning Council since 1983.
She is responsible for overall agency
operations and her 2-1-1
responsibilities include strategic
planning, resource and partnership
development, and coordination with state
and national 2-1-1 programs and
initiatives. She currently serves
on the California Alliance of
Information and Referral Services (CAIRS)
Board of Directors and is a CAIRS
representatives on the 2-1-1 California
Partnership, the coalition working to
implement 2-1-1 statewide. She
also serves on the Board of Directors of
the national Alliance of Information and
Referral Systems (AIRS).

Katrina Middleton,
Vice President, Information and
Planning. Ms. Middleton has been
with Community Services Planning Council
since 1994 and has responsibility for
2-1-1 operations, emergency services
programming, and relationships with
funders and other local partners. |

Wayne Everingham,
CRS/CIRS, Database Program Manager.
Mr. Everingham oversees maintenance of
the 2-1-1 Database and manages
production of directories and other
database products. He
represents 2-1-1 on the local VOAD
(Voluntary Organizations Active in
Disasters). He has been an
employee of 2-1-1 Sacramento/ Community
Services Planning Council since 2000. |

Bob Diercks,
Supervisor/Trainer, 2-1-1 Sacramento
Call Center. Mr. Diercks, who has
been with CSPC since 2007, is
responsible for managing the call center
and training and supervising all
Information and Referral Specialists.
Mr. Diercks brings more than 15 years of
experience in customer service and
management/supervisory experience with
an inbound call center. |
